Section 1: Acceptance of The Archive Rules
By accessing Moment of Luck, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. The Temporal Archive is designed for entertainment, and continued use constitutes acceptance of these operational rules.
Section 2: Social Gaming and No Real Money Declarations
MOMENT OF LUCK IS A STRICTLY FREE-TO-PLAY SOCIAL CASINO. PENDULUM SPARKS CANNOT BE WON, PURCHASED, OR REDEEMED FOR REAL MONEY OR TANGIBLE PRIZES. ALL OUTCOMES ARE SIMULATED.
Section 3: License and Usage of Pendulum Sparks
Pendulum Sparks (PDS) are licensed to you as a revocable, non-transferable digital metric for use solely within our platform. You do not own the Sparks, and they may be reset or modified at the discretion of the Archive administrators to ensure platform balance.
Section 4: User Eligibility and 18+ Age Restrictions
The Archive is restricted to persons aged 18 and older. Any user found violating this age requirement will have their timeline progress immediately erased and access restricted.
Section 5: Acceptable Use and Platform Integrity
Exploiting bugs, using automated bot scripts to spin the Astrolabe Wheel, or attempting to manipulate the random number generation algorithms is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban from The Archive.
Section 6: Intellectual Property (Clockwork Motif & Brand)
All visual assets, including the Brass Gears, Golden Hourglasses, and Astrolabe Wheel artwork, are the exclusive intellectual property of Moment of Luck Studios Ltd. Reproduction without consent is forbidden.
Section 7: Disclaimers of Warranties
The platform is provided 'as is'. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access to The Archive, though we strive for maximum mechanical uptime.
Section 8: Limitation of Liability
Moment of Luck Studios Ltd. shall not be held liable for any data loss, including the loss of Guest account progression or accumulated Pendulum Sparks.
Section 9: Dispute Resolution and Governing Law (Quebec, CA)
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising from your use of the simulated platform will be resolved within this jurisdiction.
